Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

Global Data Centers & Partners, Inc. ("GDCP", "we", "us") is a consulting firm based in Larkspur, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.global-dcp.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out one of our forms (Get in touch, Request Information or Site Submission), we collect what you enter, which may include:

  • your name, company, email address and phone number;
  • the project or site you are interested in and the capacity you need;
  • details about land or a project you submit, such as its location, size, available power and timing;
  • anything else you choose to write in a message.

Please don't send confidential deal documents through the forms. We'll arrange a suitable way to share them once we're in touch.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and service providers receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies or similar technologies that are needed for the Site and forms to work.

How we use your information

  • to respond to your inquiry and send you the information you requested;
  • to evaluate a site or project you submit and discuss how we might work together;
  • to manage our business relationship with you, including follow-up correspondence;
  • to operate, secure and improve the Site;
  • to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked to hear from us. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

  • With service providers who help us run the Site and our business, such as Wix.com (website hosting and forms) and Google (web fonts), and email and file-storage providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • With parties involved in a potential transaction, such as a buyer, investor or site owner, but only with your agreement and, where appropriate, under a confidentiality agreement.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of GDCP, our clients or others.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Cookies

The Site does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting and form providers may set cookies that are necessary for the Site and forms to function and to keep them secure. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features, including the forms, may not work properly if you do.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, and afterwards as needed for legitimate business, legal, tax or accounting purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, and get a copy of it;

  • ask us to delete your information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we do not sell or share it as defined by California law);
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it through the Site).

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Visitors from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may also object to or restrict our processing, ask us to transfer their data, and complain to their local data protection authority. Where those laws apply, we process your information to respond to your request and for our legitimate interest in running our business.
