Solving the Capacity Puzzle: Scaling 5MW–50MW Data Center Solutions Alongside Our 200MW Campuses

Strong, sustained demand for large-scale, 200MW+ data center campuses continues across Europe, and we remain actively engaged in delivering several major projects of this scale.

A Parallel Demand Curve: 5MW–50MW

Alongside the large campus pipeline, we're seeing accelerating demand in Europe and the US for data center capacity in the 10MW–60MW range — capacity that needs to come online quickly, particularly to serve the emerging neocloud segment. Not every new entrant in this space has the same level of bankability, but the underlying demand is real and growing.

Speed to Market: Retrofits and Modular Design

We remain committed to supporting large-scale development while maximizing the capacity available today. By retrofitting existing data centers and applying modular design principles, we can bring critical capacity online significantly faster than a ground-up build allows. In this market, speed to market has never mattered more.

Our Three-Layer Approach

Solving the capacity puzzle takes more than powered sites alone. Our approach spans three interconnected layers, each essential to a complete solution:

  • Powered Sites — the foundation: secured power and land, ready to build on.

  • Infrastructure — the physical build-out that turns a powered site into operational capacity.

  • Software — the intelligence layer that optimizes and manages capacity once it's live.

Layer 1 — powered sites — is particularly critical: without it, nothing else in the stack can move.

Together, these three layers solve the puzzle the entire industry is working to solve.
